Shipping Policy

A. Shipping Information

We ship within 12hours. Your order will arrive in approximately time on transit plus one day for processing.

1. Shipping is deal with on every working days. And orders placed on weekends or on holidays occasionally also will be deal with immediately we are back to office.
2. The default shipping mode is EMS (Worldwide Express Mail Service)/USPS. Alternatives are available, such as DHL and etc.
3. You will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at EMS two days later.
4. The average delivery time is range from 4 to 7 working days. Additionally, it may take a little longer to the following countries or regions: Chile, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Mid-East countries, Eastern European countries, African countries and South American countries.
5. All orders are shipped insured and signature confirmation is needed when local postmen dispatch the orders.

B. Shipping Fees

1. Zone 1: Free Shipping Over 1 PCS.
2. Zone 2: Shipping Fee is 20usd/pcs.

Notes: If more FASTER delivery via DHL is required, 20usd/pcs also will be charged additionally.

Exchange Policy

In order to exchange an item you need to contact with Customer Service via Email in our website. The return address is very important.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (deduct the shipping fee and handling charges) within 15 days soon after the date the parcel arrives at your home. All purchases, accessories, serial numbered security tags (if provided), and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and must include all packing material, name cards, manuals and accessories. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping charges must be paid by customer and these charges are non-refundable.

Note: If you need change the order after you place the order, you need to contact us asap, before we ship out the order. If we have been shipped out the order, can not change any more.

Return Policy

In order to return an item you need to contact with Customer Service via Email in our website. The return address is very important.
The client received the goods within 7 days. Refund will be deduct the 25% restocking fee. Any signs of wear or removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return. Please read our feedback via email, about return address and how to return. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Shipping charges must be paid by customer and these charges are non-refundable.
In the following we have the right to refuse the customer's return requirements:

1. Goods appear damaged, but not required in the receipt on the spot replacement of the delivery personnel;
2. Over the period of Returns required;
3. Return the appearance of things incomplete or damaged;
4. Customer shipping documents missing or incomplete;
5. products are not ordered in our store;
6. The goods themselves do not have quality problems.
7. Return items are lost or held by customs.
